– Special professional care and attention:
– Recognizes individual differences and needs
– Personalized work plans based on physical, technical, and health tests
– Monthly tests to monitor progress
– 1-3 players per field, 2 coaches per field
– Preparation for college, assistance with logistics and scholarships
– Monthly supply of new balls
– Winter training in two closed fields under the balloon
